Description
Meaning: 777
In numerology, 7 represents wholeness and perfection and 3 represents spirituality. It is about taking time to focus on yourself. The number 777 meaning is a representation of the connectionbetween the soul and the spirit. It means that the universe has a particular message for you that has to do with spiritual pursuits, and your guardian angels are right by your side. It represents that your inner wisdom, intuition and self-awareness are in alignment and that you are prepared for spiritual advancement. This number can also be a push to let go of fear or in some cases it can mean luck!
Heart-Brain Coherence
Sharon Fernie – Beginners (20 min) ENG
The heart and the brain are two separate organs that are deeply connected. We, as humans, have the power to unite them as one and achieve a state of coherence. The result is that you will feel more calm, clarity, joy, and focus, and generally experience greater emotional stability, which can help you make better decisions in life. In combination with the medicine of cacao, this meditation can be extremely powerful in helping you open your heart chakra and cultivate feelings of gratitude
Connecting with Self-Love
Josefien de Vos – Yoga Nidra (30 min) NL
Yoga Nidra is a meditative form of yoga, where you lie down comfortably and simply listen to the spoken voice. During a Yoga Nidra session, you journey through various layers, deep inside, to the part of you that is naturally stress-free, calm, and full of love. This is also the place where you can change your beliefs and strengthen the connection with your intuition/higher self. Cacao supports this process in various ways. It is a powerful combination that helps you release blockages, allowing you to live more and more from your authentic self.
What is the difference between Meditation and Yoga Nidra?
A meditation is often slightly more active than a Yoga Nidra. During meditation, you usually sit and train your awareness, often by focusing on your breath. You remain attentive and conscious, finding calmness in this state.
Yoga Nidra, on the other hand, is a form of meditation where you aim to reduce your consciousness to activate your subconscious. During Yoga Nidra, you lie down comfortably so your body can fall asleep while your mind remains receptively awake.
All our meditations are written and spoken with the intention of guiding you on the path of self-love, healing, and personal growth.
