Your Role:
As the Marketing & Events Lead, you will be the driving force behind our outreach and community engagement efforts. This role is not just about marketing—it’s about weaving a tapestry of connection, inspiration, and growth within our community and beyond. You will lead our marketing initiatives, create and manage events, and help bring our message to those who seek the heart-opening journey that cacao offers.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that reflects our mission and values, focusing on building genuine connections and inspiring our community.
- Manage all aspects of our marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, partnerships, and content creation, ensuring that every message is infused with the spirit of cacao.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content that resonates with our audience on a deep, spiritual level, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
- Events Creation & Management:
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, such as cacao ceremonies, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Create event concepts that align with our spiritual and holistic approach, offering transformative experiences that leave a lasting impact.
- Manage event logistics, from initial planning through to execution, ensuring that every detail is handled with love and precision.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with our community members, partners, and influencers who align with our values and mission.
- Develop strategies for engaging our community in meaningful ways, fostering a sense of belonging and shared journey.
- Listen to and incorporate feedback from our community, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet their needs and deepen their connection to cacao.
- Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Lead the creation of compelling, soul-driven content for our blog, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Write from the heart, crafting messages that inspire, uplift, and guide our community on their cacao journey.
- Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice and values, maintaining a consistent and authentic message across all platforms.
Your Profile:
- You are based in the Netherlands and are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- You have a deep personal connection to cacao and a profound understanding of its spiritual and holistic significance.
- You have a proven track record in leading marketing initiatives, with experience in event creation and management.
- You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, able to inspire and connect with people in Dutch and English.
- You are a creative thinker with a talent for translating spiritual concepts into accessible and engaging content.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with grace and efficiency.

2. Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join us on this journey. If you are someone who resonates with our values and is eager to contribute to our growing community, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant, you will be the heart and soul of our customer interactions. You will manage the [email protected] email inbox and our Instagram inbox, ensuring that every customer and follower feels welcomed and valued. Your role will be crucial in creating personalized experiences that reflect genuine care and understanding. By actively listening to our customers’ needs and addressing their concerns, you will help us foster a sense of community and trust.
In addition to customer service, you will handle various operational tasks, including acting as the primary contact with our fulfillment center for order processing, manually inputting B2B orders, and managing communications related to transport issues, returns, and complaints. Your efficiency in problem-solving and your commitment to quick responses will ensure that our customers feel supported every step of the way.
Your administrative responsibilities will include maintaining monthly records of online sales, verifying and updating invoices, and keeping our weekly worksheets and daily Google Calendar reminders up to date. You will also be an active participant in our team meetings, contributing your insights and ideas to help us continually improve.
Engaging with our community is another key aspect of your role. You will actively respond to comments, like posts, and encourage partner events. By anticipating the needs of our partners and gathering their feedback, you will help us build deeper connections and deliver exceptional value. Posting weekly in our community, whether by asking questions or organizing polls, will further enhance interaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you must have a passion for ceremonial cacao and medicinal mushrooms, along with experience in customer service and administration. Fluency in both Dutch and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with social media platforms, reliability, and a proactive attitude will also be crucial to your success.
