We use an incredibly potent organic, sustainably grown Lion’s Mane mushroom 15:1 dual extract, in our “Brain Power” Ceremonial Cacao Blend. Meaning, we use 15 grams of raw dried organic Lion’s Mane mushroom, to make 1 gram of this concentrated extract. To further ensure you receive all the medicinal brain-boosting compounds of Lion’s Mane, this nr1 Nootropic mushroom is going through an “activation process” to make it both water and alcohol-soluble, ensuring you receive the high levels of beta-glucans (>20%) and polysaccharides (>30%)

Cardamom: Known as “the queen of spices,” native from approx 300,000 Indigenous Q’eqchi Maya farmers from the regions Alta Vera Paz in Guatemala. Cardamon is traditionally used to help increase cacao’s medicinal powers. It helps to increase to blood flow, digestive health and the amount of heat your body produces, making you burn more calories and may give you a fuller feeling for longer. It may reduce inflammation and pushes clean, oxygenated blood to your cells. Its nature is to clear what is muddled, confused, weighted down and/or heavy. Clears the mind from overthinking, creating a peaceful place to make decisions. Cardamom can also have a rejuvenating effect on those who feel exhausted by the challenges of life or support altering a perception that ‘life is difficult’.
Ceylon Cinnamon: A powerful herb used as a traditional medicine to increase circulation. The antioxidants in cinnamon have anti-inflammatory effects and Cinnamaldehyde has antifungal and antibacterial properties. Cinnamon may also help reduce blood sugar levels.
Vanilla: Cacao and Vanilla go together like Romeo and Juliet. Smelling vanilla can have calming effects on the mind. Both Aztecs & Maya used vanilla to enhance the heart-opening effects of cacao, as they believed that adding vanilla would give aphrodisiac effects.
1 bag contains 100 gram,- Divided into 10 easily to break up into 10 gram pieces each.
- 10-20 grams = Regular drinking serving
- 20-30 grams = Meditative drinking serving
- 30-50 grams = Ceremonial drinking serving
Add warm liquid of choice: Water (Plant) Milk, or herbal tea. [Do not boil the liquid or you will lose most of the magic]
Then set an intention as you blend / whisk the cacao magic.
Note: The cacao is already potently spiced with: Cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, Vanilla.
Feel free to add any other sweeteners / herbs / spices of your choice.
Cacao is always best when consumed straight after opening and when shared with loved ones. Otherwise, you best off storing it in a cool and dry place far far away from any other cacao lover 😉
Important to note to keep your cacao away from moisture so you can prolong the shelf life to two years or even longer!
Additionally, ceremonial cacao, being a natural product without the preservatives often found in commercial chocolate, may be more susceptible to changes in texture over time as its a very sensitive for moist and temperature change! However if your cacao is melted it is still oke to use and still contains all its properties.
