Important Exclusions for Food and Hygiene Products

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code and Article 16(e) of the EU Directive, please be informed that the right of withdrawal is strictly excluded for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For our ceremonial cacao and herbal blends, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to items that remain completely sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once a package has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery, the right of withdrawal is fully voided, and the return cannot be lawfully accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
