Signature Blend is crafted with ceremonial-grade heirloom Criollo cacao sourced from the Indigenous Mopan and Q’eqchi’ Maya communities of Maya Mountain in southern Belize.
This region is known for its deep-rooted cacao heritage and sustainable agroforestry practices. Cacao trees are cultivated beneath the rainforest canopy within biodiverse ecosystems, reflecting generations of traditional farming knowledge and a profound respect for land, culture, and craft.
The cacao beans are sun-dried, hand-sorted, and stone-ground, preserving the cacao’s natural aroma, texture, and integrity from harvest to cup.

Our cacao from the Maya Mountains of Belize is created in close partnership with Indigenous Mopan and Q’eqchi’ Maya family farmers, whose relationship with cacao stretches back thousands of years.
