Step into a sacred space where the medicine of cacao opens our hearts, and Mother Nature holds us in her embrace.

Each season I invite you to join me for an intimate Sacred Cacao Circle. These gatherings are woven around the theme of manifestation, a space to listen to the whispers of your heart, to be witnessed in your deepest desires, and to feel fully supported in following the path your soul longs for.

Each circle is designed as a sacred supported accountability group. This will be our sanctuary where we share, connect, and align with our deepest intentions. Here, we encourage each other in our truth, reflect back the magic we see, and lovingly challenge the beliefs that may hold us back. You are celebrated for all that you are, in your full uniqueness.

Together, we support each soul in stepping into their pure magic, because the world needs you in your fullest expression. We are here to bring that out in one another, offering full encouragement to take those sacred steps toward your dreams. As a circle, we witness the magic in each of us, hold space for the beliefs ready to be released, and celebrate the fullness of who you truly are.

Guided by ceremonial cacao, we will journey through heart-opening ritual, intention-setting, and meditation, followed by seasonal practices to align with nature’s cycles. The evening will flow into a shared dinner, where we integrate in community and nourish body, mind, and spirit together.

The first circle begins with the Autumn Edition in October 2025. This gathering honours the turning of the seasons, the time of harvest, release, and planting the seeds of new dreams.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the group small, intimate, and heart-connected.

What to Bring

I will provide the essentials for our ceremony, but if you have your own that feels close to your heart, you are warmly invited to bring them:
🌿 Your favourite sacred vessel for drinking cacao
🌿 A water bottle (cacao is deeply detoxifying)
🌿 Your journal, paper, and pen
🌿 Mosquito spray, sun protection, hat or scarf
🌿 Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything you feel comfortable sitting on
🌿 Offerings for our altar (flowers, seeds, natural items, or sacred objects you wish to charge with the circle’s energy)
🌿 Nourishing bites to share after ceremony for our integration dinner
