Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you have chosen a prepaid option.

While we encourage a minimum commitment of 3 months to fully experience the benefits of our cacao rituals, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in accordance with applicable laws, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account area. If you are unable to do so, our support team is here to assist you, simply email us at info@herbalcacao.com, and we will take care of it for you.

Please note: cancellations made less than 30 days before the next billing date may still be charged for the upcoming cycle.
