🌱 What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our Dutch B2B partners; the retailers, wellness
  studios, yoga spaces, retreat centres and holistic shops who share our cacao.
• Grow the family: find and welcome new aligned partners across the Netherlands.
• Keep our partners close and cared-for, so they feel supported and keep re-ordering.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Develop New Partnerships:
  Proactively research, contact, and onboard aligned stockists, retailers, facilitators, and wellness spaces that resonate with the Herbal Cacao mission.
• Follow up warm leads coming in through our website with warmth and speed.
• Care for existing partners: host a monthly partner Q&A / support call, keep an eye on who's active, and reach out personally to any partner who's gone quiet.
• Nurture our key partners with regular, personal attention.
• Keep partner records, pipeline and orders current in our CRM and B2B portal (ordering runs largely through the portal, so your energy goes to relationships, not admin).
• Act as Brand Ambassador:
  Represent Herbal Cacao with authenticity and integrity in Germany, nurturing relationships that go beyond business, rooted in shared values and mutual growth.
• Share Market Insights
  Provide feedback and insights into the German market to support tailored offerings and a deeper cultural connection.

• Based in the Netherlands; fluent Dutch & English.
• A natural relationship-builder: warm, trustworthy, genuinely people-first.
• Self-starter who can own the work independently.
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships or account/relationship management.

• Comfortable working remotely and flexibly while staying close to our small team.
• Nice to have: driver's licence + car (handy for partner visits and, later, events).

• You will play a key role in our European expansion.
• Your main responsibility will be to identify and establish strong B2B relationships with aligned retailers, wellness studios, holistic practitioners, and hospitality partners across Italy.
• You will also support the initial groundwork for our operations setup in the country, helping to build a smooth and sustainable local presence.

• Develop New Partnerships:
  Proactively research, contact, and onboard aligned stockists, retailers, facilitators, and wellness spaces that resonate with the Herbal Cacao mission.
• Support Local Operations Setup:
  Assist in organizing logistics and operations for our Italian presence — from identifying potential fulfillment options to advising on local processes.
• Act as Brand Ambassador:
  Represent Herbal Cacao with authenticity and integrity in Italy, nurturing relationships that go beyond business — rooted in shared values and mutual growth.
• Collaborate with HQ Team:
  Work closely with our Dutch team, who will continue to handle customer service, marketing, and other key operations. Your focus will be partnership-building and local groundwork.
• Share Market Insights
  Provide feedback and insights into the Italian market to support tailored offerings and deeper cultural connection.
  
  

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Italian & English (spoken and written)
• Based in northern Italy, (preferred Milano area) with a strong understanding of the local wellness & conscious business landscape
• Available 2 /3 times a week including Monday mandatory team meeting 
• Driver’s license and access to a car — essential for meeting partners in person and exploring local opportunities
• Previous experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or brand expansion
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Passion for sacred plant medicines, ceremonial cacao, holistic health, or Indigenous wisdom
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying connected to our core team
