Herbal Cacao offers shipping throughout the EU*
- Shipping for all orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands is FREE above 60,- euro.
- Shipping for all orders with a delivery address in Belgium & GERMANY is FREE above 85,- euro
- Shipping for all orders with a delivery address in *Europa is FREE above 150,- euro
The amount will be calculated after you fill out your shipping address on checkout.
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). This means Swiss VAT and any import duties are payable to the carrier upon delivery.”
🇬🇧 **A Note for Our UK Community** Due to current UK customs regulations, we can only accept orders **above £135**.
At checkout, **no VAT will be charged**—instead, your local customs may request VAT and import duties upon delivery.
If your country cannot be selected for shipping,- contact us immediately by sending your shipping address to info@herbalcacao.com! We will custom make your shipment and calculate the shipping cost for you. (There are some exception to EU countries for free shipping)
* Free EU Shipping applies to mainland destinations within the European Union. Islands and remote areas may be subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located in an exempt region.
When we handover your cacao package to our carrier, it takes 1-2 working days for delivery within NL. All other countries vary on the carrier. You will receive your track & trace notification by e-mail to the e-mail that you provided when making the order via www.herbalcacao.com. Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking this link found at the footer of the website homepage
NOTE: Around public holidays our carriers are very busy with deliveries. Delivery times may therefore differ from what you are used to. We ask for your understanding
